Utility.Community (the website and the app for iPhone and Android) is run by Rosson & Associates LLC. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
In the app
Open More → Delete my account.
Without the app
Email privacy@utility.community from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We’ll reply to confirm the request came from you.
What’s deleted
Within 7 days of confirming, we delete your profile (name, username and email address), your working-group memberships and access requests, your email-subscription record and your app notification token. We keep only the minimal record needed to honour an email opt-out, and copies in backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
