Help for the Utility.Community iPhone app.
Get the app
The app is free for iPhone in the US, Canada and Europe.
Signing in
Use the same username or email and password you use on utility.community. Membership is by approval: if you don’t have an account yet, tap Request membership on the sign-in screen. Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password to reset it on the website.
Notifications
Turn on More → Notifications → Announcements to get occasional news about webinars and the community. Not seeing them? Check Settings → Notifications → Utility.Community on your iPhone, and if you use a Focus (such as Work or Sleep), make sure Utility.Community is on that Focus’s list of allowed apps. A Focus silently holds back notifications from apps that aren’t on its list.
Reporting a problem or content
In the app, open More → Report a problem, or tap Report under any discussion or comment. Reports go straight to the site administrators.
Deleting your account
Open More → Delete my account. We email you a confirmation link; once you confirm, your account and personal data are deleted as described in our privacy policy.
