Marc brings over 38 years of experience within the Information Technology industry. During his career he has held many roles from programmer to CIO and has been in the Enterprise Architect role for Snohomish County PUD for the past 18 years.
Begining in January of 2026, Marc will be helping our community with utility.community collaboration and providing independent consulting services.
Prior to utilities, Marc worked as the CIO for Seattle Housing Authority providing public housing in the City of Seattle for 10 years and before that spent 10 years in Oil & Gas for multiple companies including ExxonMobil/BP/Unocal/Conoco-Phillips. Marc has an MBA from Seattle University and a BS in Computer Science.
