With 2605, SAP launched SAP Field Service and Asset Management and introduced Workload and Capacity Planning, bringing asset-centric planning, scheduling, dispatching, and field execution together.

With 2608, they continue that direction with enhancements across capacity planning and scheduling, the Service Map, AI-assisted operations, dispatching, screen configuration, and mobile execution.
